Full-time or part-time – permanent: Kessens Technik mit System GmbH & Co. KG is seeking reliable and structured accounting support to complement its team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Account assignment and posting of incoming and outgoing payments
Monitoring and clarification of open items
Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
Execution of dunning procedures
Preparation and submission of monthly VAT pre-declarations
Preparation of recapitulative statements
Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks

Your Qualifications

Commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, tax assistant
or business administration degree with a focus on accounting / controlling / finance
Very good and confident DATEV knowledge
