The stationary Kessens pre-cleaner is used for high-performance pre-cleaning of your bulk material. It operates on the air classifier principle and quickly and effectively separates lighter particles such as dust or fine grain from your product.
The operating principle:
The pre-cleaner operates on the air classifier principle. The bulk material is fed through the side inlet into the cleaning cone, where it is guided onto a lamella disc. All light components are extracted upwards with the airflow by the fan and then conveyed into the cyclone. An air control flap at the fan outlet can be used to regulate the fan’s suction performance.
