High performance with a small footprint
The combination of the KHM hammer mill and the KHT horizontal mixer is particularly characterized by its variable application areas and compact design. By using different screen sizes, it is possible to achieve two different grinding finenesses without a complex screen change. The hydraulic opening system of the hammer mills allows for easy and quick screen changes.
The respective ground material is fed to the mill or optionally to both mills simultaneously. The ground product falls directly into the mixer below and is recorded by the integrated weighing system, while mixing begins simultaneously. After a short mixing time, discharge occurs via the motorized outlet slide in the mixer bottom.
